Terms of Service

1. What CONQOR is

CONQOR is a public map of the world's countries where any brand can pay to place their identity on a country ("territory"). Higher bids replace lower bids. There is no account; your brand identity is your website URL.

2. Payments & merchant of record

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record. Dodo handles card processing, tax collection, and remittance. CONQOR receives payment for the bid after Dodo settles. See the Refund Policy for our refund posture (short version: none, with a narrow exception for billing errors).

3. Brand identity

Your brand is identified by the website URL you provide at bid time. The first successful payment for a given URL creates your brand record; subsequent payments for the same URL update the record (latest-wins for name, logo, colour, war cry). Two variants of the same site (e.g. acme.com vs www.acme.com) are treated as different brands. You are responsible for using the correct URL.

4. Bidding mechanics

Higher bids win. If two payments arrive at the same time, the one that commits last with the higher amount wins. If you are outbid during your payment attempt, your payment is still captured and no refund is issued. By clicking INVADE you acknowledge this risk.

5. Prohibited content

You may not use CONQOR to promote a website that:

• Contains sexually explicit, violent, or hateful material
• Sells or distributes malware, phishing kits, or illegal goods
• Impersonates a person, brand, or organisation you do not represent
• Infringes third-party intellectual property
• Violates the law in the jurisdiction where you or your target audience is located

6. Moderation

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, freeze or remove any territory, brand, or uploaded logo that we believe violates these Terms. Removed brands are not entitled to a refund.

7. Fair use of the Service

You may not attempt to circumvent our rate limits, spam bids to grief other users, scrape the site programmatically at abusive rates, or interfere with the Service's operation. We may throttle or ban IPs that do so.

8. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" without any uptime commitment. We may modify or discontinue features (or the whole Service) at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve public territory data if we shut down.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost opportunity.

10. Intellectual property

You retain all rights in the logos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant CONQOR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and cache that content for the purpose of operating the Service. Take-downs happen instantly on request via email (see §14).

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the operator's city of residence. This clause does not remove any consumer protection that applies to you under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
