Refund Policy

1. The rule

All payments to CONQOR are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:

• You were outbid mid-payment. If another buyer's higher bid completes before yours, your bid does not take the territory — but your payment is still captured. This is the "phantom bid" risk of real-time auctions and is why we display a 5-minute purchase lock on the drawer whenever another buyer is actively paying.
• You lost a territory to a later, higher bid. Territories can change hands at any time. Being outbid does not entitle you to any part of what you paid.
• You changed your mind. Bids cannot be cancelled once the payment succeeds.
• You bid on the wrong country or entered the wrong URL / logo / colour.
• Your territory was frozen or removed for a violation of the Terms of Service.

2. The narrow exceptions

We will process a refund only in the following two cases:

• Duplicate charge. Our system, Dodo's system, or your bank has charged you more than once for the same bid. We will refund the duplicate amount.
• Unauthorised use. A payment was made from your card without your authorisation (theft, fraud, family member using your card without permission). Contact us within 30 days of the charge with reasonable evidence and we will reverse the transaction.

To request either, email support@conqor.com with your Dodo payment ID, the date, and a short description. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

3. Chargebacks

Card chargebacks are managed by Dodo Payments under their standard dispute-resolution process. We will supply Dodo with the evidence we hold (payment metadata, brand identity, timing of the bid). Chargebacks filed to avoid the terms of this policy — for example, because you were outbid — will be contested.

4. No cooling-off period

Because CONQOR is a real-time competitive auction whose outcome is determined the instant payment lands, no cooling-off / withdrawal period applies. By clicking INVADE you acknowledge that the service begins immediately.

5. Governing law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer right that applies to you under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
